Pack Along. Bone Out. Many of our hunting knives handle every job on a hunt. The Blackfoot built its reputation on that. But hides are brutal on an edge, and stopping midway through an animal to sharpen a blade just isn’t ideal. If you can carry more than one knife on your hunt, you should. That’s why we made the Field Boning Knife. This is the blade you reach for once the hide is off and it’s time to pull meat clean off the bone. It’s big enough to bone out any big game animal but small enough that you don’t think twice before throwing it in your pack. (Don’t let the smaller size fool you, though. It’s still perfectly capable on the processing table back home.)
