RYA Powerboat Level 2

This course teaches boat handling and seamanship for outboard-driven vessels, covering low-speed maneuvers, man overboard recovery, and collision regulations. It can be taken inland or coastal and may be conducted in various boat types. A certificate is issued based on the type of boat trained on.

• The course may allow participants to apply for the RYA ICC, a legal requirement for helm a boat up to 10m in length in many countries outside the UK.
• Teaching is available for individuals over 12 years old, with minors needing a parent or guardian.
