It snaps on easily and creates a secure, tight seal to help prevent leaks and spills during use or transport. Direction for 4, 5 and 6 Gallon Bucket: To Seal Completely: · Gently tap the lid into place using a hammer until it is fully secured. To Remove the Lid: · Find the plastic tab on the lid and carefully cut it using scissors or a knife. Once cut, the lid should open easily. To Reuse the lid: · Secure it back in place by gently tapping with a hammer.
