Its front-loaded, compact flat pear shape ensures accurate casting and excellent stability on the lakebed. A precisely integrated drop-off slot allows the line or leader to pass over the lead in a controlled and reliable manner when required, supporting safe rig mechanics in case of breakage. The lead is optimised for use with compatible in-line inserts, allowing anglers to build both standard in-line and drop-off presentations. When paired with the correct insert, the system enables controlled release under load, improving hooking efficiency while maintaining fish safety. Different insert configurations allow you to fine-tune how the swivel releases from the lead, depending on the weight used, leader setup and fishing situation. This gives you full control over how the system behaves in real conditions. A durable, non-reflective camouflage coating ensures the lead blends naturally into the lakebed, while also providing long-term resistance to wear.
