For our April 2026 Special Edition, we teamed up with Justine Doiron of @justine_snacks to reimagine our Coupe Alaska Bowl—aka her go-to “everything bowl,” and the first thing she reaches for in her kitchen every day. It’s a natural fit for pastas, salads, cereals, soups, and even the Stewed Date & Miso Oats from her New York Times bestselling cookbook Justine Cooks. Justine was immediately drawn to our hand-glazed green bands, so we developed two variations just for her: a single wide band that makes a bold statement, and a double band with a lighter, more playful touch. The shape does a lot of the work here (that gentle slope = instant “chef-plated” look), and it’s built for real life too—yes, it’s both dishwasher- and microwave-safe.
