Gates of Delirium (Wholesale)

Seven years in and we’ve distilled it all down to one word: FUNK. We could go even further and leave it at FUN, but that special K says a lot. It suggests a vibe, for sure, but it also gets into the how: fermentation. This particular coffee is a prime example of the magic our microbial co-conspirators and masterful producers make. Let loose on juicy-fleshed coffee cherries (first in tanks, then al fresco in full sun), those hungry beasties metabolized a flavour profile that ricochets between sweet and tart with the energy of a kid full of candy. No one ever said we did subtlety well… and as long as coffees like this exist, we probably never will. * note: the can size for this coffee is 200g.
