Baume & Mercier Ref. 35130 18K Yellow Gold "Tigereye" Dial

Let me start with the fact that the condition of this watch is just unbelievable. 👀 Often these glossy 18K watches are overpolished, but this one still has VERY sharp lines in the front. From the front to the back 🍑, also on the caseback you can see well pronounced gold stamps and numbers (reference and serial). Even the striped engraving on the outer edge of the caseback is sharp. Then... the showstopper in this watch: the dial. I have already made a video discussing these vintage Baume & Mercier 'stone' dials. They are actually not real natural stone, but painted to closely resemble one. While tilting in the right lighting, it still has all the 'holographic' effects of a real Tiger Eye dial, they really made them so well! Blending the beautiful case and stunning dial, you literally get the perfect dress watch combo. Understated, but with that little touch of 'tiger eye'.
