The SN125 50 mm Series is a BP200 SiAlON double venturi nozzle designed to provide wide and uniform abrasive coverage. The double venturi design expands the abrasive stream after acceleration, producing a broader blast pattern than standard long venturi nozzles while maintaining sufficient abrasive velocity for medium cutting action. This makes the series suitable for applications where even coverage and productivity are prioritised over maximum impact force. Manufactured with a BP200 SiAlON liner, these nozzles offer high wear resistance and improved break resistance compared to silicon carbide and standard silicon nitride, while remaining lighter than tungsten carbide alternatives. The reduced weight supports improved handling during extended blasting operations. The wide, evenly distributed blast pattern is particularly suitable for use with plastic media, agricultural abrasives and other lightweight blasting materials. An aluminium jacket protects the liner while maintaining low overall weight, and aluminium threads provide a corrosion-resistant connection compatible with standard 50 mm nozzle holders.
