Overview: The Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) Challenge is a wellness and fitness initiative designed to encourage participants to develop a daily yoga practice centered around Sun Salutations. Challenge Highlight: 1 Live session at the beginning of the challenge to understand and get help with the correct posture. 1 Live session every Sunday, if selected duration is more than a week. 1 Live session at the end of the challenge to assess the progress and give feedback. Challenge Duration: Typically ranges from 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, depending on the level of commitment. Participants are encouraged to complete a set number of Sun Salutations daily. Structure: Beginner Level: 1–5 rounds per session Intermediate Level: 6–10 rounds per session Advanced Level: 11–25 rounds per session Can be adapted based on fitness levels and personal goals. Challenge Rules and guidelines You need to make sure that you do the sun salutation everyday and do not miss a single day. That's the only rule you need to follow. How to track: Download "Strava" app Download Strava app. (It's a free app. For any issue with the app please contact us via call or Whatsapp at 8076388960.) Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a link to join the challenge's Strava group and once you join the group all your activities will be collected automatically. How to use the app Select "Workout" from the options available in the app and start doing the Sun Salutation. The app will only record the time when you select "Workout" as the activity. Keep the phone aside and start doing the activity. When you are finished, save the activity in the app and give the challenge name as the title with the number of repetitions you performed. This step is optional but if you want, you can take a pic after the session with one of the pose and upload it while saving the activity. That's all, you are good to go. Keep doing the same everyday. Date Submission Join the Strava group (link will be sent once registered) and your activities will be collected automatically or send the activity screenshot via e-mail to us everyday at "support@pedalspower.com".
