Lutron® Plug-in Dimming Module RF Plug-in modules allow floor and table lamps to be added to a smart lighting system. Lutron’s Clear Connect™ RF Technology enables these lamps to function as part of a larger scene without interference from other devices. Plug-in modules are also extremely discreet, and can be hidden behind furniture or appliances. Advanced Features Modules function much like Lutron lamp dimmers, and incorporate advanced features such as fade on/fade off, delayed long fade to full fade, and rapid full on. Easy Installation These dimming modules are simple to use; all you need to do is plug them in. They allow floor and table lamps to be added to a smart lighting system without installing extra hardware. Frequency Range Lutron dimmer modules communicate with the system through Radio Frequency (RF) and must be located within 30 ft. of a repeater. System devices operate on frequencies between 431 MHz and 437 MHz. Dimmer Capabilities On a single-tap, lights fade ON or OFF. On a double-tap, lights go to full ON. When ON, press and hold to engage the delayed long fade to OFF. Light levels can be fine-tuned by pressing and holding the dimming rocker until the desired light level is reached. Control non-dimmable lighting loads in switching mode.
