Choose Your Wood This table is available in two of the finest domestic hardwoods: Black Walnut and White Oak. Walnut runs deep and warm — rich chocolate tones with a grain that shifts and flows. White Oak is lighter and more open-grained, with a natural, airy character that works beautifully in modern and Scandinavian-influenced spaces. Both are solid wood, all the way through. No veneers, no MDF. Choose Your Finish For natural wood tones, both species are finished with a Satin Polyurethane that protects the surface without dulling the grain. If you want color, we offer six Rubio Monocoat finishes — a premium, plant-based oil that bonds with the wood rather than sitting on top of it, giving you a matte, lived-in look that's easy to maintain: Natural — enhances the wood's true color with a subtle warmth White — a soft, translucent white that lets the grain show through Cotton White — slightly warmer than White, with a gentle, washed feel Light Grey — a cool, understated grey that pairs well with modern interiors Dark Grey — deeper and moodier, with strong contrast against the grain Modern Black — bold and graphic, with the wood texture still visible beneath Built for the Long Run Counter height (36"H) keeps things relaxed and approachable.
