Cantabrian Anchovies in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

These anchovies are hand-packed using a traditional process and packed in olive oil. They are sustainably sourced from the Cantabrian Sea and certified by MSC.

• The anchovies are caught using the purse seine fishing method.
• They are semi-preserved through a salt-curing process lasting six to eight months.
• The anchovies are packed into tins with premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
• Shipping is via Next Day Air during June-September to maintain temperature.
