The Rapazotes Reserva 2021 is a classic expression of the Douro, crafted from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Amarela—three of Portugal’s most important red grape varieties. Produced by Rapazotes—“rapazotes” meaning “lads” in Portuguese—this small, family-driven winery focuses on expressing the character of the Douro through careful vineyard work and thoughtful winemaking. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, the wine shows both structure and refinement, with layers of dark berry fruit, subtle floral notes, and a gentle touch of spice and warmth from the oak.
