Whiskey Club Summer Release Event

Open to all Whiskey Club Members Bird Creek Summer Release: July 16th, 2026 Join us at the Bird Creek Tasting Room for the release of our oldest whiskey to date. This 8.5 year Full Pint whiskey marks Bird Creek's first Old World cask finish, bringing together the structured grain character of Full Pint barley with the layered fruit and oak influence of cognac barrels. This release also explores a more intentional approach to oak integration through modern cooperage technology, allowing us to shape flavor development with greater precision while preserving the integrity of long-term barrel aging. Guests are invited to experience the release through guided tasting and be among the first to purchase bottles at the distillery.
