Each 33 mm round card uses a color-shift center dot and a 30–80% RH outer wheel to read humidity inside a sealed container at a glance. ±5% RH precision on the card. Battery-free. No water required. Built to pair with Humidi-Cure® 62% RH packs as the end-of-life signal — when the center dot drifts off-target, replace the pack. Also works as a standalone RH check for cure jars, dispensary bins, ruksak® pouches, cigar humidors, and B2B packaging QA. How the card works The card has a color-shifting center dot and an outer wheel printed with 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% segments. The center dot changes color with the surrounding humidity. To read, match the dot's color to the closest segment on the wheel. That segment is the current RH inside the container. For Humidi-Cure® 62%, the center dot should match the 60% segment under stable conditions. Replace the Humidi-Cure® pack when the center dot reads ≤50% or ≥70% and stays there for more than 24 hours. Read the initial humidity after 30 minutes. This is the container's baseline RH. Place the matching Humidi-Cure® pack inside the same container. Seal airtight. Read the center dot color again after 24 hours. Match to the closest segment on the outer wheel. Replace the Humidi-Cure® pack when the center dot drifts out of range and stays there more than 24 hours.
