Frore de Carme Milliesimo Brut from Eladio Pineiro is a unique Spanish sparkling wine of exceptional quality. Made from 90% Albarino and 10% Espadeiro grapes from small plot vines that have an average age of over 35 years, that spend 48 month on lees. Soft golden in colour with persistent bubbles, this is an elegant wine with floral and dried fruit notes and an exquisite touch of brioche – reminiscent of Champagne.
