Region: Heathcote (Mt Camel slopes), Victoria Grape Varieties: Moscato Giallo and Vermentino Alcohol Content: 10.5% Winemaking: Wild yeast, skin contact (approx. 2 to 3 weeks), no fining, no filtering, and minimal/no added sulphur Vessel: Fermented and aged in stainless steel (no new oak) Tasting Notes Aroma: Intense and perfumed florals like marigold, magnolia, pear blossom, and elderflower, alongside lemon zest and musk. Palate: Light-bodied and textural with stone fruit, plum, and citrus characters backed by a cool, slatey, and subtly salty mineral edge.
