Our vintage beers are brewed to the same recipe and aged using the same process every year – yet every vintage tells its own story. These lightly hopped Barley Wines reveal delicate liqueur-like characteristics with elegant Cognac notes, making them ideal for long-term cellaring. Their remarkable complexity comes from an extended fermentation with three carefully selected yeast strains in open fermenters, followed by more than a year of maturation in seasoned French Cognac barrels. The unique climate and the almost mystical atmosphere of our 300-year-old barrel cellar undoubtedly leave their mark on every vintage. Produced in strictly limited quantities, each release is destined to become a sought-after collector’s item.
