Replacement Connecting Joint and Silicone Cap for Woodpecker Surgic Star

The Connecting Joint for Pump Tubing is a replacement fluid-line component designed to securely connect sections of irrigation tubing within the Surgic Star SE / Surgic Star flow-control system. It helps maintain a continuous irrigation pathway and reduces the risk of tubing separation or fluid leakage during treatment. Reprocessing and sterilization The set should be replaced after no more than eight sterilization cycles. Inspection and replacement Inspect the joint and tubing connection before each procedure. Replace the joint if any of the following signs are present: Cracking, splitting or surface deterioration Discoloration or material cloudiness Warping, softening, hardening or brittleness Loose or unstable tubing connections Leakage around either end of the joint Blocked or reduced irrigation flow Damaged connection ends Residue or contamination that cannot be removed Confirm that the tubing is fully seated on both sides of the joint before operating the irrigation system. Do not use the component if the connection is loose or if any leakage is detected.
