Modeled after the independently owned grocery stores that began sprouting up in the early 1900s and that can still be seen today in cities and small towns throughout America. Details and accessories include loading dock w/dolly, large display windows, awnings, kiddie ride and more. The building features window treatments and you can add lighting to accentuate the printed interior. Built-&-Ready structures are hand painted, highly detailed ready-to-place buildings. Most include Dry Transfer Decals, window treatments and/or scene-setting accessories. Footprint including all accessories and overhangs: 5.4375 L x 5.125 W x 3.25 H (13.8 x 13 x 8.25 cm) Length is side to side This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item shows scratches, scrapes, and spots of paint loss in various areas of the body, detail pieces, and base. This item shows glue residue where trim pieces on the roof and walls have been glued on by the previous owner. The windows show light scratches, and some of the plastic trim pieces show slight bends. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
