Pinguicula gracilis is a miniature, heterophyllous, perennial butterworts that produce about 10-30 succulent leaves during winter and 5-15 leaves clothed in multicellular hairs during summer. Pinguicula gracilis was discovered in a limestone mountain range known as Cerro de las Mitras.
