Introducing our newest release from Chaupe Alto, a small coffee-growing community tucked into the highlands of Northern Peru. Here, generations of local producers have dedicated their lives to cultivating coffee on small family farms, where coffee grows beneath a canopy of native shade trees alongside bananas and yucca. Every step—from harvesting to transporting parchment by mule through the mountains—is done with remarkable care, preserving both the land and the exceptional quality of the coffee. In the cup you’ll find comforting notes of brown sugar and warm baking spices carried by a rich, full body. It’s an exceptionally approachable coffee that we’re excited to share. Enjoy!
