Zoom Live Classes - Imaginary Family Album

Come join me for a Zoom live art class, where you can learn a specific art technique, see details below. Important Bookings info Time slots are once per day from 5 to 8 pm CET (Rome Timezone) Contact me if you are available in a different time slot of the same day Let's Create An Imaginary Family Album This event is focused on turning your sketchbook into a beautiful and weird family album. We will use found vintage images to create a colourful creative art journal, where past and present will meet together. We will both work on creating eye-catching backgrounds for the sketchbook pages, and on decorating the portraits that will be placed on top of them. I will lead the workshop offering guidance and knowledge of my processes and techniques for manipulating images. A variety of unusual colourful materials will be used as washi tape, stickers and pens, including vintage photographs and/or postcards. Materials list needed Portrait photo - it can be an original photo on matte paper or a print, no bigger than a postcard size. I recommend a thick paper print, just to avoid creases once we glue and paint on top of it. (10x15 cm or 4x6 inches) Smooth thick paper A5 or A4 size - this can be watercolour smooth, mixed media or acrylic paper of any colour you like (recommended white if you want to have more freedom in your colour palette) White print paper (of any kind, to test out colours combination) Pencil Cutting board, I use this one (optional if you will use scissors. Alternative option, a strong cardboard to cut our paper) Knife cutter or scissors Acrylic pens as Posca, Edding, Molotow, or Schneider (you can use acrylic paint as an alternative). As reference keep in mind these sizes from the Posca pens range (fine liner PC-1M, medium PC-5M, chunky PC-8K or PC-7M) Gel pens, I use Sakura pens General Event Info Duration: 3 hours Prerequisite: no prior experience is required Available Time Slots: select from the tab the preferred day and timeframe. How Does It Works Advance booking essential The sessions will take place via a Zoom meeting Once I received the payment, I will send you the link & passcode to access the meeting (keep an eye on your Inbox and Spam). What is Zoom Zoom is a high resolution video conferencing platform You do not need a Zoom account to join a meeting and you don't have to download the software. Suggestions Even if you can use Zoom using your smartphone, having a laptop or desktop computer (or at least a tablet) is recommended.
