Easy to clean with soapy water (dishwashing liquid). No rivets so no bacteria in the pan. TUV certified to pass The German LFGB for safety test. Disclaimer: To avoid damaging the ceramic coating, “the non-stick layer”: Don’t stock food in pots or pans in your fridge over-night(s) We recommend using some oil/grease when cooking. Always use low heat when pre-heating or food is mostly cooked. It’s not dishwasher safe Use: Oven safe up to 450°F. Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap. Due to this bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary. Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan. Care: Hand-wash and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface. A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.
