Sorghum is a medium-sized grain that strikes a balance between moisture retention, inoculation points, and nutrient density, making it an excellent all-purpose choice for mushroom cultivation.Each bag is hydrated to ideal moisture levels, sealed in a Sakato-brand bag with a 0.2 micron filter, and includes an injection port for direct LC inoculation. All grain is prepared in a lab-grade environment, with sterilization and bagging performed in front of multiple laminar flow hoods in air-scrubbed rooms to support consistent and reliable results.
