Leesburg TCG Trade Day – Vendor Tables TCG Trade Day returns to Leesburg and the beautiful Venetian Center! Join us for a full Sunday of Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana and more, with 50+ vendors expected for another great day with the Central Florida TCG community. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Venetian Center 1 Dozier Court Leesburg, FL 34748 📅 Sunday, October 4, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🎟️ Free Admission 🚗 Free Parking 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All vendor tables at this event are 8 ft tables. Several placement and pricing options are available: Section A – $400 Includes TWO 8 ft vendor tables. Section B – $350 Includes TWO 8 ft vendor tables. Section C – $150 Includes ONE 8 ft vendor table. Section D – $125 Includes ONE 8 ft vendor table. Please review the vendor floor plan carefully before purchasing to see the location and configuration of each section. Vendors select their preferred table location at checkout. While we will make every effort to maintain selected locations, placements are subject to change if necessary for event operations. ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors should be completely set up and ready for guests prior to doors opening at 10:00 AM. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES All tables at this event are 8 ft vendor tables. Sections A and B include two tables per purchase. Sections C and D include one table per purchase. Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment and valuables. Vendors select their preferred location during checkout; locations are subject to change if required for event operations. Final load-in, parking and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in the event.
