Natural horsehair bristles The bristles are made from genuine horsehair, not nylon. Horsehair has a naturally soft and flexible feel, making it a good choice for people who prefer a gentler brushing experience. Bamboo instead of a conventional plastic body The brush head uses bamboo as the main body material rather than a conventional plastic outer shell. No hidden PLA plastic core These brush heads are designed without a hidden PLA plastic core inside the bamboo body. Choose your bamboo finish COATED The coating is applied only to the bamboo surface, not to the bristles. It is a fully cured, water-based polyurethane coating designed for food-contact applications and tested to meet FDA 21 CFR 175.300 standards. The coating provides a smooth, moisture-resistant surface. UNCOATED The bamboo is finely sanded and left without a surface coating.
