This 13 year 5 month Indiana Rye was the first barrel bottled off the new truck as well as the oldest 95/5 rye to ever be released from The Whiskey Blendery. This standout single barrel is perfect for nerds and novices alike due to it's impressive complexity. Nose - Cherry, brown sugar, orange, butterscotch, apple, cinnamon, maple, and oak. Palate - Cherry, red apple, green apple, French Toast, citrus, cinnamon, maple, vanilla, and oak. Finish - Maple, whipped cream, cinnamon, leather, oak, apple, tea, tobacco, and vanilla bean. Bottled at cask strength of 117.0 proof. Distillery pick up only. Limit 2 bottles per person.
