In ancient Roman homes, the lararium was a small household shrine: a place for offerings, protection, memory, and daily devotion. Some were painted on walls; others were built like miniature temples, with columns, pediments, and niches for the gods who guarded the house. The Shrine pendant is drawn from that domestic architecture of belief. Cast as a tiny temple in gold, it holds three diamonds like votive lights: small points of brilliance set into a textured surface, as though the shrine had survived burial, touch, and time. Three lab diamonds are set into its textured gold surface like votive lights: one 1.5mm, one 2.5mm, and one 3mm. Made in recycled solid gold. Made to order in New York.
