The first is a washed community lot from the producers of Risaralda, delivering classic notes of red fruit and brown sugar. The second comes from the renowned Café Granja La Esperanza, adding extra complexity and sweetness in the cup. Roasted to a medium-dark profile, this one's built for espresso, but equally at home as a punchier filter. Expect flavours of black cherry kirsch, caramel and a lingering cocoa finish.
