Dos Manzanas
INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES This is the first micro-lot from our own farm, which we call Dos Manzanas. It’s in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, on the side of a mountain in an area called Macizos de Peñas Blancas. The farm is small, measuring two “manzanas,” about 3.5 acres, and is planted with around 5,800 trees of the H3 variety. More information about the farm is at www.purist.coffee/farm.
