From Kirinyaga, one of Kenya’s renowned coffee-growing regions, Kiangai AA is produced by smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to Kiangai Factory, part of the Kibirigwi Farmers’ Cooperative Society. The coffee is fully washed, a processing style that helps bring clarity and structure to the cup. Our roast highlights a vibrant yet balanced profile, with grapefruit brightness, gentle black tea notes, clean sugarcane sweetness, and a smooth, syrupy body. There is plenty of brightness here, but the sweetness and texture keep the cup grounded. As it cools, the citrus character becomes more expressive while the tea-like structure and syrupy sweetness linger softly in the finish.
