Mejía is an engineer whose passion for coffee brought him back to coffee production despite having a career outside the industry. Isaac Mejía lives between two worlds, working in both fields. Some days, he can be found supervising civil construction projects, and other days, he is working on his farm with the dedication his father taught him. His father, Don Ismael, dedicated his life to traditional coffee cultivation. From a young age, his father brought Isaac along to the coffee farms, hoping to pass along his love and respect for the land. Eventually, his father decided to hand the farm down to him, and he took over its management and production. With this generational change and acquired knowledge, Mejía has improved both the management and production of the farm, achieving a level of excellence.
