Vintage Chinese Celadon Crackle Glaze Ceramic Footbath with Loop Handles

This vintage Chinese ceramic footbath has a softly rounded oval body covered in a pale celadon-green crackle glaze. A wide oval foot supports the capacious vessel, while a gently rolled rim and applied loop handles define the silhouette.Originally conceived as a footbath, the fully glazed form can now serve as a decorative centerpiece, cachepot or low planter. Its quiet color and luminous network of fine crackling complement Asian Modern, traditional and contemporary interiors.
