The collar wraps and fastens with Velcro, so it settles snugly without pinching, and the two matching cuffs let you draw a partner's wrists up to the neck and hold them there.The set is built around a heavy nylon webbing restraint strap and solid metal D-rings, which give you plenty of attachment points to work from.
