Spine Support Formula

About: The spine protects the nerves. This formula has been developed over time as a support for the spine, including the vertebrae, discs, tendons, ligaments and muscles. This herbal combination assists as it soothes these functional aspects of the spine that have somehow been compromised. Contains: Solomon Seal (Polygonatum biflorum), St. Johnswort (Hypericum perforatum), Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus & Verbascum olympicum), Pricky Ash Bark (Zanthoxylum clava-herculis), and Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa). Flower Essences of Self Heal, Mullein, Balsam Fir and Black Cohosh in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water. Herb Profiles: Solomon Seal Rhizome: This cooling, sweet, demulcent herb root supports the muscular-skeletal system in challenging situations such as when tendons, muscles, ligaments or joints have been affected by overuse. Lubricates and soothes as it helps calm discomfort. The rhizomes actually look like bones, knuckles, and vertebrae. St. Johnswort Blossoms: Gathered in the warmth of summer days, St Johnswort flowers support the nerves throughout the body along with tending the musculoskeletal system. Restorative, calming, protective. Mullein Root: Supports the spine, connective tissue, joints and restoration of synovial fluid. Soothes musculo-skeletal tissue that has been stressed. Prickly Ash Bark: Encourages blood flow to tissues that have been compromised. A carrier herb for the other herbs in this formula. Black Cohosh: The flower stem of this regal plant begins life tightly wound and close to the ground; as the warmth of spring unfolds, the tall stem unfurls and raises to the sky. It is this signature of Black Cohosh plant and flower essence that assists this formula in support of the spine in times of stress and tension. Recommended Dosage:1-2 dropperfuls OR 30-60 drops in juice or water, 3 times per day for 30 or more days.
