Broken Oak Alberta Rye Vodka
Rye-based vodka that has been triple distilled and filtered for five days. Appearance – clear. Nose – light and clean. Palate – soft and dry with an almond sweetness. Finish – slight peppery spice. We chose to make our premium vodka out of rye because of its resilient constitution as a winter grain and the unique flavour characteristics it offers. Comparable to Belvedere Vodka. 40% abv. Best enjoyed: Neat, over ice, Martini
