Medium Dry Still Wild Farmhouse Cider This blend is based on the classic Wild Farmhouse mix of Michelin, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Foxwhelp, and a smattering of other varietals from the fine orchards of Herefordshire, to add to the tangy fruitiness of this cider. A rich, tasty cider with soft tannins, ripe fruit, & a citrus leaning. Fermented with wild yeasts in an array of vessels, including a mix of barrel types. Comes in a 20 litre box with tap (approx 35 pints!). Once opened keep cool or in the fridge, avoid moving it & consume within 2 weeks. Alc. 6.2 % vol.
