They are mix size, fragrant, fibrous, and feature a unique sweet-and-sour flavor Key Characteristics 🥭 Size & Shape: Mix size, big to medium Texture: Intensely juicy and quite fibrous, which is why they are traditionally squeezed and sucked straight from the skin rather than sliced. Flavor Profile: A sharp, nostalgic blend of intense sweetness and a punchy, tangy undertone. The “Sucking” Mango: Locals rarely cut these with a knife. You gently roll the fruit in your palms to loosen the pulp, bite off the top tip, and squeeze the thick juice straight into your mouth.
