This washed Geisha from Mauricio Shattah is vibrant, elegant, and deeply expressive. We're so excited about it that we submitted it into a coffee roasting competition called the Global Coffee Awards. We’ve reserved a limited number of bags from our July 28th roast, which we froze immediately after roasting to preserve its freshness and character. Each bag will remain frozen until your order is placed, then be removed from the freezer and shipped to you the same day. This omniroast has been optimized for filter, but a well trained barista will definitely be able to pull tasty shots with it.
