HOEDOWN VENDOR

1.Cost: 10x10 spot is $60 Trailer cost will depend on how many spots you will occupy. The City of La Vernia may refuse applications. Vendor Space Space is limited to a single area. All vendors must provide photographs and include space requirements on application as space is limited. Vendors who exceed the amount of space they have reserved and paid for will have to pay the additional space. Vendors will be responsible to be open during the entire event and cannot vacate early. Every space shall be kept clean and neat by the vendor. Vendor is responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing their own set up, merchandise, and trash. We encourage vendors to have a lighted booth since the area gets dark. Payment All vendor payments must be submitted within 1 week of application approval. If payment isn't received in time you will then be placed on the waitlist. Accepted forms of payment debit/credit card, check, and cash. Electrical / Signage / Equipment/ Portable Water All vendors must provide their own Electrical, Signage, Equipment, Portable Water, Ice, Chairs, tables, and etc. Health & Fire All vendors are responsible for all permits and must comply with the health & fire department rules and regulations with The City of La Vernia Cancellations and Refunds No refunds will be made to vendors who cancel. There are no exceptions to this rule. This event is held outdoors rain or shine (no refunds). COLV reserves the right to refuse any vendor that has violated any rule , regulation, or guideline. If violation is serious, this may be cause for immediate removal of the vendor, forfeiture of all fees paid and no renewal/ invite for the following years. Food Sales / Menus You must pay the vendor fee and health inspector fee. All food sales are for your profit. Menus MUST be posted clearly. No menu changes are allowed without written approval from an event coordinator. Alcoholic Beverages The sale of alcoholic beverages or distribution by any vendor is strictly prohibited. Space Assignments All food vendors will assigned a space. Vehicles on park premise Vendors can not drive their vehicle into the park unless loading/unloading my equipment before and after the event. Application Process Fill out vendor registration form. We will look over the application. If approved, you will be sent an email with a payment link to pay online. Payments must be paid within a week of email. If you are paying cash or check please let us know.
