During this workshop I will present my process on how to create a concept in a short period of time, mixing efficiency and mood to achieve interesting pictures. DAY1 Quick Background check, Bio & Portfolio to contextualise my work in the industry Creating a compelling brief The importance of quick sketch, getting things out of your head Efficient sketching techniques and iteration When to go 3D, 2D or use both Optional homework to practice DAY2 Quick feedback check on homework Using back and forth 2D and 3D to solve your concept How to emphasize mood Painting with intent to push stylization Optional Homework DAY3 feedback Wrapping up a painting, the final push Tips and tricks for FX Portfolio review Recommended Materials Pc and tablet. Photoshop and Blender if you want to use 3D * If necessary another program would be communicated before the start of the workshop. *Frequent questions: What happens if I can’t see the classes live one day? • No problem. All classes are live but will also be recorded and posted on our platform. So you can see them whenever you want throughout the duration of the course. This means that if you cannot attend your class live at the stipulated time, you will be able to see them on the platform until the end of the course. These video-classes posted on the platform can be viewed unlimitedly during the duration of the course but cannot be copied or downloaded. They can also be viewed for 6 months once the course is over. When can I see the classes I did not attend live? • Access to the virtual platform where you can consult all the information or documentation of the course, access all the classes that have already been taught or the proposed exercises.
