This striking, spiky flowered design is brought to life by wonderful Mexican artisans. First, they fabricate an iron skeleton and then encase and embellish it with layer upon layer of papie-mâché. Finally, they paint it in your color choice with a non toxic paint and top it off with a water based poly for durability.
