MELT Level 5 Online Training - Neurostrength™ | January 2027

What You’ll Learn This mastery-level online course will expand your knowledge of the MELT Restore and MELT Performance Programs by adding NeuroStrength to your MELT repertoire. These specialized techniques provide you with a wider variety of modifications – including standing and floor work – for more complex formatting. Discover powerful techniques to support elite athletes in boosting their performance as well as deep stabilization techniques for older adults looking to increase their longevity and whole-body function. The prerequisite to this training is the Level 4 Training. Get Trained Online Facilitated through MELT University Online, this course provides you with a premier virtual platform to learn the Level 5 curriculum without having to leave your living room. Each module includes: Exclusive instructor training videos led by Sue Hitzmann Neurofascial science presentations Reading assignments in the Instructor Workbook Q&A discussions Open-book quizzes designed to help you test your knowledge You’ll also participate in live Zoom sessions with Sue Hitzmann which will help you refine your skills, learn key modifications, and receive live feedback. Zoom Sessions Attendance of all Zoom sessions is required to earn your certificate of completion. Live Zoom training calls : Kick-off Call (not required) | 04/03/2026, 11:00 AM -12:00 PM ET Live Training With Sue #1 | 04/17/2026, 11:00 AM -1:00 PM ET Live Training With Sue #2 | 05/08/2026, 11:00 AM -1:00 PM ET Live Training With Sue #3 | 05/22/2026, 11:00 AM -1:00 PM ET 3 additional, 90-minute Zoom practice sessions with your teaching assistant (TA) and pod group. Your designated TA will reach out to you and the group to schedule sessions that will take place between training calls with Sue. All training calls and practice sessions are required for certification. If you are unable to attend live, all calls and practice sessions will be recorded for later viewing. If more than 3 of 6 required live sessions are missed, these will need to be made up in a private consultation with a TA for an additional fee of $150 per hour.
