Lemon Catnip Seeds

Nepeta cataria ssp. citriodora. Hardy perennial, growing to 4 feet tall. Loved by butterflies and bees. Excellent tea plant with a pleasant lemon/minty flavour. Used fresh or dried in herbal medicine for its sedative properties. Has a calming effect on the nerves and helps soothe sinuses, sinus headaches and colds. The soft greyish/green lemon scented foliage and stalks of beautiful white flowers make a great landscape plant.
