Framed Photograph on Paper. The Song of Absolution series is a poem to the land as it changes form and has become a photographic archive, honoring sentient forests that live far beyond our lifetimes. The series is a collaboration between artists Joslyn Lawrence and Brian Kuhlmann. It has taken them traveling over the globe photographing indigenous trees and disappearing landscapes for the past two decades.Their work has been widely collected over the years. Their wish is that the trees far outlast the archives, bringing people closer to the medicine of the wild. Framed print measures: Small: 20 x 26" Medium: 27 x 39" Large: 44 x 64" Each print has a limited of edition of 25 prints per size. Prints are signed by both artists. Archival ink on virgin craft paper, hand-varnished. All prints are produced in-house in Santa Barbara and Ojai. Features trees from North America, India, Mexico, Yemen, Morocco and Europe. *All Song of Absolution prints, unless specified differently, come with a solid wood frame, paper mat, and Tru Vue Conservation Clear UV Acrylic (plexi-glass). Please allow 8-10 weeks for custom printing & framing.
