They have thin papers covering their cloves and thus perform well when curing during more humid climatic conditions. They tend to mature just a little bit before the porcelains. Purple Glazer originates from the Republic of Georgia. Grow: They are shorter growing then most, but still produce a reliably sized bulb. Delicate papers make harvesting this garlic on time important or risk exposed cloves. Flavour Profile: Full-bodied flavour that lasts and sweetens when baked.
