Build Your Onboard Air System Kit and Save 10% Everything here is yours to choose. Start with your vehicle, then pick the parts that match how you actually use your rig. Three things to check before you build: Pick your fitment. Every mount is vehicle-specific. Select the option that matches your make, model and year — the wrong bracket will not bolt up. Not every kit includes an air tank. Some options in the first dropdown are compressor-and-mount only; others add the ARB 1 Gallon Air Tank. Read the option name carefully before adding to cart. Special Color is not available in bundles. You can build this kit in Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray or Desert Sand. If you need a custom finish, order the ARB compressor kit on its own product page instead. What's in Your Kit ARB Twin Air Compressor (CKMTA12) The dual-motor compressor that most serious builds are running. High output, high duty cycle, and enough volume to air up four large tires without stopping to cool down. It also runs air lockers and small air tools, so one install covers several jobs. This is the same ARB twin air compressor sold on its own — here it comes matched to a bracket built for your exact vehicle. Vehicle-Specific Mounting Bracket — Made by Mountain Offroad This is the part that turns a portable compressor into a permanent system. Laser-cut and powder-coated in Colorado, each ARB twin compressor mount is designed around one platform's factory mounting points, so it bolts into place without cutting or drilling. Available in four finishes to match your build. ARB 1 Gallon Air Tank — included in select kits An air tank gives you stored pressure on demand, which means faster response for air tools and a steadier supply for air lockers. If you plan to run anything beyond tires, choose an option that includes the tank. Tire-Rite Digital Air Inflator/Deflator The business end of the system. A backlit digital gauge reads pressure at the valve stem rather than at the compressor, so what you set is what you get. Inflate, deflate and check pressure with one tool, one-handed. Choose HD or Pro, straight, 90-degree or flex chuck, and a 24" or 36" hose — the longer hose lets you hold the display at eye level while the chuck stays on the valve. Tire-Rite WorkHose Lightweight Air Line Once your compressor is hard-mounted, the factory line no longer reaches all four corners. Choose 25', 35' or 50' in 3/8" for faster flow on longer runs, or 1/4" for a lighter, easier-to-coil line. This is the air line most people forget until they are standing at the rear tire holding a hose that stops three feet short. Tire-Rite Deflate-Rite Valves (Set of 4) Screw them on, set your pressure, walk away. All four tires drop to your target PSI at once and stop on their own. This is the difference between a fifteen-minute crouch at every wheel and a job that finishes while you drink your coffee. Pair them with a tire pressure gauge when you want to fine-tune a single corner. Tire-Rite Storage Bag Keeps the inflator, valves and fittings together so the small parts do not end up loose in the back of the truck. Why Build It as a System Most people assemble a 4x4 onboard air setup one piece at a time. Compressor first, then a bracket months later once the compressor has rattled around the cargo area long enough. Then a longer hose after the first trip where it would not reach. Then a proper gauge after guessing pressure one time too many. Buying the onboard air system parts separately costs more, takes longer, and leaves you running an incomplete setup for most of a season. This onboard air compressor kit puts the whole chain in one order — power, mount, line, measurement and deflation — so the system works properly the first time you use it. Air Down, Air Up A trail air system earns its place twice on every trip. At the trailhead, the Deflate-Rite valves bring all four tires down to trail pressure at once. Lower pressure means a longer contact patch, more traction on rock and sand, and a noticeably softer ride over washboard. On the way home, the ARB twin brings everything back to street pressure in minutes. No queue at a gas station air pump, no coins, no guessing. That is the full cycle — and it is why an overland air system kit is one of the few upgrades that gets used every single time you leave the pavement. Fits Your Rig This onboard air system jeep and truck kit is available for: Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-18), Jeep Wrangler JK 2 Door (2007-18), Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited 4 Door (2007-18), Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited (2018-23), Jeep Wrangler JL 2 Door (2018-23), Jeep Wrangler TJ (1997-06), Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ (2004-06), Jeep Gladiator JT (2020+), Toyota Tacoma Gen 3 (2016-23) and Gen 4 (2024-Current), Toyota 4Runner Gen 5 (2003+), and GM Truck / SUV (2007-18). Do not see your platform? Browse all compressor mounts and brackets — we build for more vehicles than we can fit in one bundle. One Order Instead of Five Building the full system together takes 10% off the total. That is the single largest saving we offer on onboard air, and it applies to every fitment and every finish. If you are still shopping around, our off road deals page collects everything currently discounted across the store — and the best deals on off road parts tend to move quickly, so it is worth checking before you build. Two Brands, One System Mountain Offroad has been building off-road parts in Colorado since 1982. Everything with our name on it is designed, cut, welded and finished here — including the bracket in this kit. Forty-plus years of building for the same platforms is why our mounts bolt to factory holes instead of asking you to drill. You can read more about Mountain Offroad and how we build. Tire-Rite makes the tools that live at the other end of the air line — inflators, gauges, deflators and hoses built for people who actually use them in the dirt. Their gear is precise enough to trust and simple enough to operate with cold hands. We partnered with them because onboard air is a chain, and a chain is only as good as the part you skipped. A world-class compressor on a flimsy bracket rattles loose. A perfect install with a cheap gauge means you are still guessing at pressure. Putting our mounts together with their air tools means every link in that chain was chosen on purpose — and you get one order, one price, and a system that works as a system.
