Trefresa Sloe Gin

Its been a good year for Sloes and we have been out foraging in the hedgerows of Trefresa and around Rock and Porthilly to collect our bounty for this years limited edition run of Sloe Gin. Combined with a little added sugar and steeped in our award winning gin the last couple of years batches sold out before they could make it into the store. This year its available for pre-order with delivery in the first week of December. At 26% ABV it is delicious just on its own or as part of the perfect seasonal cocktail. Our Cornish Coastal Gin combined with the classic flavour of Sloe berries. The wild berries add a rich, slightly sweet and fruity bouquet as well as a red hue to our award-winning spirit.
