The slightly larger Therapy Ball PLUS massage ball measures about 2 3/4″ in diameter and comes as a pair in a snug grip tote. These soft tool self-massage balls cover more surface area than the YTU OG’s, and add height – reducing pain and erasing stress from larger fascial layers and muscle groups. The specialized dense core and soft outer layer gently, but firmly, mimics deep massage techniques. Use a solo ball for targeted trigger point therapy or as a pair to disperse pressure.
